Welcome to Issue 7 of StylusLit, where I interview poet, writer and editor, Judith Beveridge. Judith won the 2019 Prime Minister’s Literary Award for Poetry and for many years was the editor of Meanjin. Her interest in Buddhism has been reflected in her work, and in this issue we include a poem from the Suddhodana’s Poems.
Other poets in this issue are Lesley Carnus, Angela Costi, Jane Frank, Marcelle Freiman, Ross Jackson, Gershon Maller, Chris Mansell, Vanessa Page, Vaughan Rapatahana, Barnaby Smith, Vicky Tsaconas, Carl Walsh, Sean West and Jena Woodhouse, and there is short fiction from Lyn Dickens, Irma Gold and Ben Mason.
Finally, read reviews of Natalie D-Napoleon’s First Blood, Anna Jacobson’s Amnesia Findings, Anthony Lawrence’s Time Machine, and Jena Woodhouse’s Green Dance: Tamborine Mountain Poems.
Enjoy!
