Pym Schaare, Berlin born, is a linguist and an award winning Brisbane poet. She has been widely published in Literary and Poetry Journals. Her collection Since Then draws on the way nature and the human environment relates to life, in its present state and its passing in time. Last year, she was short listed in the Fish Publishing Prize with her poem, dreaming blue (after Kandinsky’s Blue Dog). Pym’s other works include, The Mutual Orgasm: A Clitorcentric Manifesto, and the novel, Shadows under her Shoes. She is currently proof reading her young adult novel, After All This Time, before it goes to the publisher.
