Justin Lowe lives in a house called “Doug” where where until recently he edited international poetry blog Bluepepper. His ninth collection, “San Luis”, is currently sitting on the publisher’s desk, and he is also putting the finishing touches to a collection of short stories with the working title “The Night Kicker”.
